Christmas Delivery & Customer Support Information

To help you plan your orders and ensure your gifts arrive in time, please read our Christmas delivery and customer support guidelines below.

UK & International Christmas Delivery Cut-Offs

To receive your order before 25th December, please place your order by the following dates:


UK Next Day Delivery: Order by 19th December

UK Standard Delivery: Order by 18th December Express International (Europe): Order by 18th December

Express International (Rest of World): Order by 17th December

Standard International (Europe): Order by 15th December

Standard International (Rest of World): Order by 11th–12th December

These dates are estimates and are provided to give your order the best chance of arriving in time for Christmas. Once an order has left our warehouse, delivery times are dependent on courier networks during peak season.

Warehouse Closures Over the Holidays

Our fulfilment centre will be closed on the following bank holidays:

25th December – Christmas Day

26th December – Boxing Day

1st January – New Year’s Day

Orders placed on these dates will be processed from the next working day.


Christmas & New Year Courier Collections

Please note that courier collections on the following dates may take place earlier than usual:

24th December – Christmas Eve

31st December – New Year’s Eve

Returns During December

Due to increased festive order volumes, return processing times in December may take up to 14 days from the date your return is received by our warehouse. We appreciate your patience during our busiest period.


Customer Service Christmas Hours

Our customer support team will be operating on reduced hours over the festive period.

Closed: 23rd December – 28th December

Open: 29th & 30th December

Closed: 31st December – 5th January

Normal service resumes: 6th January
