Black Friday Returns Policy

Effective from Date: 25th November 2024 

Seventh's Black Friday Sale will run from 28th November to 1st December. You can enjoy exclusive discounts across our entire range. Once the sale is over, this offer will not return and item restocks are not guaranteed. 

Please note that:

  • All discounts are final and apply only during the promotion period.
  • Prices may vary across products and are subject to availability.
  • All Black Friday purchases are non-refundable or returnable. 

At Seventh, we are committed to transparency and compliance with UK consumer protection laws. The following policy outlines our returns process and terms for purchases made during our Black Friday promotional period.

1. Final Sale Policy

All purchases made during the Black Friday sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except as required by law.

2. Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You are entitled to:

  • A repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
  • A full refund within 30 days if the item is proven to have been faulty at the time of delivery.

If you believe your purchase qualifies under these criteria, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate a claim.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for the following:

  • Products marked as "final sale" or “non-refundable” during Black Friday promotions.
  • Goods that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery.
  • Labels removed from items. 
  • Items that have been claimed as damaged show wear. 
  • Clearance, promotional, or discounted items purchased during Black Friday (unless faulty).

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@seventhstores.com.
  • Provide your order number, details of the issue, and photographic evidence (if applicable).

Where a claim is valid, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

5. Refunds

Refunds for approved claims will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

By placing an order during the Black Friday sale, you agree to this Returns Policy. We encourage customers to review these terms before completing their purchase.
