Delivery Information and Lead Times
We aim to pack and dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. Orders are processed the same day up until 1pm, excluding weekends. Once dispatched, your item will arrive within the approximate timescales:

- Priority / Royal Mail Tracked 24 / (1-2 days Est.) - £7.50 *Free for orders over £300
- Urgent / DPD (Next Day Est.) - £15.00
Europe (Please allow 72 hours Est. potential delays due to Brexit)
- Standard / (6-14 days Est.) - € 14 (£11.50)
- Priority / (3-8 days Est.) - €30 (£25)
- Urgent / (1-2 days Est.) - €38 (£32.50)
- Standard / Royal Mail International Tracked / (5-7 days Est.) - $35 (£25.00)

Please Note - Due to the current global crises COVID-19, we do not have control over unforeseen delays that may occur during transit time. European Orders -
Please note as Britain has now left the EU, this means any orders placed for countries within the EU will incur additional custom duties from 1st January 2021. These will vary depending on the weight and dimensions of the item and the country the order will be delivered to. You will be notified of the customs charge once the order has arrived at your country's border by the courier, unfortunately at this time we cannot advise the individual costs. Please be aware - you will be charged a handling fee, which will be equal to the cost of postage if you refuse to pay customs charges at the border.
International Orders -
Please note all orders placed outside of the UK will be charged separate customs fees, not included in the delivery charge. These are determined individually by the border of your delivery country. You will be notified of the customs charge once the order is arrived at your country's border by the courier, unfortunately at this time we cannot advise the individual costs.
If you have any queries regarding the shipment of your parcel, we recommend contacting the appropriate courier directly with your tracking and address information. For further enquiries regarding your order shipment, you can get in touch with us directly via email - email@example.com.
The order amount will be captured from your account as soon as your order has been placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will issue a refund back to your account. Easy returns – if something doesn’t fit, just return it to us for an exchange or refund.
The following payments are accepted:
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Visa and Mastercard are verified by a secure code. Payment is debited from your card once you place the order.
You can pay via Paypal, Alipay, Apple pay (mobile) and Android pay (mobile).
This means that no banking information regarding the Customer transits via the www.seventhstores.com website.
Payment is therefore secure by the partners in charge of managing financial transaction.
The order will then be recorded and validated on acceptance of the payment by the banking service.
Changing or cancelling your order
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 15 minutes of your order being placed. We'll do our best to cancel the fulfilment of your order as soon as we receive notice of this.
For details on your 14 days right of return, please see the Returns Policy section of the website. This section details your statutory rights of cancellation. You have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund provided you notify us in writing as set out below that you are exercising this right of cancellation no later than fourteen working days (i.e. excluding weekends and bank holidays) beginning with the day after you received your goods.

Please note that if you fail to take reasonable care of returned goods or fail to return the goods to us, we will be entitled to make a claim against you for any losses which we suffer.
If your goods are faulty or do not meet the description given on the site, we will refund the value of your order for those goods. For more information on how to return goods to us please refer to the Return Policy section of the site.
We recommend that returned goods be sent via insured, traceable delivery for your protection.
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
- Item(s) not available
- Difficulty in processing your payment information
- Cannot ship to address provided
- Duplicate order was placed
- Fraudulent activity suspected
If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive an email which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
