Freelance Creative Assistant - Seventh Stores Ltd
We are looking for a passionate Creative Content Creator to execute our mission with us. The sole purpose of your role is to create and deliver engaging and inspiring content across our range of digital channels whilst producing creative projects season on season. Working directly under the Creative Director by assisting and supporting the creative department to produce innovative digital and physical marketing strategies to grow brand awareness.
This role requires someone who is creative and can identify, create, manage and deliver digital content using a range of techniques which includes concept creation, photography and videography, editing and copywriting across social and web channels along with branding materials.
The role will work across a range of projects at Seventh and therefore effective working relationships will need to be formed within various internal team members, external partners.
You should have a deep understanding of our target audience and be able to deliver content that resonates with our community. This is an exciting position for an energetic individual with an eagerness to expand Seventh’s online presence and develop new digital skills.

What you'll be doing?
- Designing impactful and engaging graphics and content which will be used for digital marketing campaigns, online advertising, offline marketing, targeted emails, and social media.
- Working with the Creative Director to ensure all content is covered from an end to end prospect. This includes sourcing materials, working with models and scouting locations.
- Building mood boards and concepts for each shoot/season
- Editing materials to be posted on all digital platforms.
- Researching trends and finding innovative ways we can produce content.
- Assisting in administrative tasks that are involved in the day to day + shoots.
- Assisting in preparing briefs with the Creative Director for each project and presenting design ideas to all the relevant
- Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Reacting to weekly trade and carrying out actions relating to content/sales based on business needs.
- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
- Creating and updating all critical path documents as well as post performances. This will also include budget management of shoots and observing their return on investment.
Skills & Qualifications:
- An impressive conceptual outlook and ability to produce original ideas
- High-level creative thinking and the confidence to use it
- Embracing the various roles required throughout a project
- To know the use of adobe software: Indesign, Premier pro & Photoshop
- The confidence to share and present ideas internally and externally
- Motivation and the desire to execute every job to the highest standard
- The ability to deliver campaigns that generate results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Staying one step ahead of competitors by researching current media trends
- Energy, enthusiasm and proven experience in producing digital content and marketing
- Knowledge and experience of running digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong creative skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience developing and managing social media campaigns across channels such as: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram
- Experience of photography and creating/editing images, using packages such as Adobe Photoshop, Indesign & Premier Pro.
- Experience of video production, including filming, editing and delivering via channels such as YouTube.
- Understanding of digital analytics and metrics, their importance and the tools to monitor, manage and evaluate them
- Able to deliver a range of concurrent projects, on-time and to budget
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and structure work schedules.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
