We know how important it is to receive your orders in time for Christmas, our warehouse and couriers aim to ensure everything arrives on time. Here’s everything you need to know about Christmas delivery:

Our warehouse partner will provide tracking details to ensure all shipments are securely processed and tracked for your peace of mind.
Express Delivery:
For last-minute shopping, we recommend selecting our Express Delivery option at checkout. Express orders are prioritised and handled by UPS, DHL, or DPD to ensure the fastest possible delivery times.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery status.
Returns Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change, or items aren’t quite right. That’s why we’ve extended our returns period for the Christmas season.
Extended Holiday Returns:

Purchases made from 5.12.2024 to 25.12.2024 are eligible for return until 10th of January 2024.
How to Return:

Package the items securely in their original condition with all tags intact.

Use the address provided, or return via your chosen courier at your own cost.
Refunds & Exchanges:

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving your return.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please email us to reserve your desired item.
