Denim 101
Welcome to our Denim guide
Our 101 on our denim pieces is covered here: get to know the dynamics of our denim styles so you can select the right piece for you.
440 Denim
Raw denim is denim in its purest form untreated and unwashed- allowing it to develop a completely personal fade over time. 440 indicates the weight of our denim which is equivalent to a heavy denim. The denim is designed to evolve uniquely with every wear. The fabric is stiff when new and later softens over time with each wear. Expect natural fading over time. The pleating is well thought out to create a flattering drape. In the 440 weight the pleating of the denim is very distinct, holding its structure.
410 Denim
Our 410 denim refers to our washed denim pieces, designed for immediate comfort and a vintage look. Washed denim has been pre-treated to soften the fabric. 410 indicates the weight of our denim which is equivalent to a mid-weight denim. 410 denim has defined pleating, with a soft drape whilst still maintaining a strong silhouette throughout the leg.
