Here’s our legal bit guys - this part won’t sound much like us but we want to be as transparent and clear as possible with you when shopping with us:
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as ”you”) with Seventh Stores Ltd., hereinafter referred to as “Seventh”, ”us ” or ”we”, at the Seventh website or mobile website (jointly referred to as ”seventhstores.com”).
We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those on seventhstores.com at the time you place your order.
By using seventhstores.com and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the ”Terms”). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.

A bit about you, the customer
To shop at Seventhstores.com the following conditions are required from the customer:
You must be at least 16 years old
Have a payment method we accept (see checkout for our up to date accepted payment providers)
Be authorised to use the chosen payment method (e.g. the payment method is in your name)
If any of the above requirements are not met, we reserve the right to cancel the applicable order.
Ownership of rights
Any use of seventhstores.com or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Seventh.
The inclusion of any products or services on seventhstores.com at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Seventh want to provide the best possible online experience. To make this possible we need to ensure that our services run like clockwork. You understand and agree not to:
(i) post, transmit, redistribute, upload, or promote any communications or content that could harm or negatively impact our business, products or services;
(ii) act in a manner or employ any device that restricts, impairs, interferes or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the seventhstores.com site, or which impacts the security of the site, or
(iii) employ any device or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, script or other device or mechanism (including without limitation spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the site, or to copy content from the site. We reserve the right to immediately bar access to the site and close the account of any user who violates this provision or any other provision in these terms and conditions.
Seventh reserves the right to restrict different areas for delivery during certain times of the year. This could be due to adverse weather conditions that exist in these areas which hinder delivery.
Seventh exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will endeavor to deliver your order in accordance with your selected delivery option.
Seventh endeavors to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.
Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details. You will find the full delivery information on the "Shipping" section at seventhstores.com.
Seventh is unable to cancel any order once placed. This is due to fast-dispatch times of our warehouse. If you place an order in error, or change your mind once it has been placed, it is your responsibility to return the item to us for a refund. We are not liable for return postage costs of the item and requests to 'return item to sender' or cancel the delivery does not change this.
If your order does not arrive by the scheduled date, please contact Seventh Customer Service via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Prices and delivery charges
The prices displayed at seventhstores.com include the statutory Value Added Tax but do not include a delivery charge.
The delivery charge for each order will be the same, regardless of the size or weight of your order. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, there will not be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries. Prices in store and online may vary.
Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once a product has been purchased at a set price, we are unable to apply future sale discounts or refunds to that product in the event of an exchange. Last chance items can be returned for an exchange only (final sale items will be noted in the details of the product page). This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note, the products displayed on seventhstores.com may be samples, with product details potentially evolving over the course of the selling period of the product. We make every effort to display our products and their colours as accurately as possible, however please note that the displayed colours of the products will depend upon the screen of the user and we cannot guarantee that the user's monitor will accurately portray the actual colours of the products. There are also variations due to studio lighting and lighting within online content on seventhstores.com and our social channels. We cannot guarantee consistency of colouration of dyed products as we manufacture on a sustainable basis to avoid waste of product.
Faulty products: Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your item if you discover a manufacturing fault. Manufacturing faults are defined by ongoing issue/s with the product’s design/construction and will be assessed as such between Seventh Stores Ltd and our manufacturers. We are not responsible for faults addressed outside of this 30 day period, or for issues not caused by product faults such as wear and tear. Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such an order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary we will notify you and ask you to contact Seventh Customer Service who will settle the refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns and Exchanges
We are happy for the customer to return items providing there is a good reason for return. You can return an item within 14 days of placing your order for a full refund or exchange (this includes pre-order items). All returned items must be unworn and in re-sellable condition, with the tags still attached and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to return the item back to the customer if these conditions aren't met.
Please note that returns are currently not free and it will be the full duty of the customer to pay for the return of any item bought with us. Please also be aware that we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged during transit and we strongly recommend that all returns are sent using recorded delivery.
All of our items are inspected once they are received at the fulfillment centre - if they are found to be damaged or dirty, we are entitled to have this sent back to the customer as this is a condition of our returns and refund policy. We are conscious of the potential waste un-resellable returns create and ask that customers consider this also, which is why we prefer to return these items back to the sender. If our fulfillment team finds the item to be in an un-resellable condition, a specialist team can review this on a case by case basis; however please bear in mind this will inevitably add more time until you may receive a refund.
Products returned for an exchange will not have to pay extra charges for their exchanged product to be sent out. Additionally, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for any sale or discounted products.
Please note, it can take up to 14 days to receive and complete your return or exchange. In the event that a refund is due, we will refund the customer the amount paid for the item found within the receipt and order details. This does not include external costs such as shipping fees.
Be sure to keep hold of your receipt in the meantime, since the responsibility of the return is yours until it reaches us.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note, if you are returning item/s to us from outside of the UK you may incur customs fees for us to receive your item. As our returns policy stipulates that the return postage costs are the full duty of the customer, this includes any custom fees incurred in the postage of the return parcel. Exclusions to this include if the product is faulty/damaged before wear.
