Please send all returns to:

The return postage cost is to be covered by you the customer.
Any issues during return transit are not the responsibility of Seventh, these issues are to be resolved between the customer and the courier. We recommend returns should be sent by a ‘Recorded Delivery’ service, as this is traceable.
Returns | Online orders
We are happy for the customer to return items providing there is a good reason for return. You can return an item within 14 days of receiving your purchase for a full refund. All returned items must be unworn and have tags attached. We will refuse refund if tags has been “reattached“, "damaged", "stained" and "worn" by our customer.
Any goods shipped outside UK and Europe, would need to be returned by the customer. Reimbursement would be made upon the receipt of goods.
Exchange | Online Orders
You may return your item for an exchange up to 14 days of receiving your purchase. If you would like to exchange an item please email our customer service - firstname.lastname@example.org to process the exchange. All returned items must be unworn and have tags attached. We will refuse exchange if tags has been “reattached" "damaged", "stained" and "worn" by our customer.
Please email email@example.com with the subject title ‘EXCHANGE’ before you send your item back, stating your order number and the reason for wanting to return your item.
